Privacy Notice

Version 2 · Effective August 20, 2026

Last updated: 20 August 2026

This Privacy Notice is published by JOINT FACILITATION CENTRE, GHAZIABAD ("we", "us", "our", the "Network Facilitator"), the data fiduciary for the Blue Dots Platform. Our Platform is accessible at:

This Privacy Notice explains what Personal Data we collect about you, why we collect it, who can see it, how long we keep it, and what your rights are. This Notice forms part of our Terms of Use and should be read alongside them. Defined terms used in this Notice have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Use.

1. What This Privacy Notice Covers

The Blue Dots Platform connects individuals looking for work opportunities, services, or support with organisations and individuals who offer them. This Privacy Notice applies to all Personal Data collected through the Platform — whether you registered yourself through the app or by scanning a QR code, called us on a number we shared with you, were contacted by us on your number, or had your information submitted on your behalf by an organisation working with you.

2. Who Can Use This Platform

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an Account and Profile on the Platform.

If you are below 18, a parent or legal guardian must register and manage your Account on your behalf. Voice bot registration is not available for minors. If we become aware that Personal Data of a child below 18 has been collected without parental consent, we will delete it as soon as possible. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child's data has been collected without your consent, please contact us through the grievance process in Section 10.

Where a person with disability who, despite adequate support, is unable to take legally binding decisions has a lawful guardian under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016 or any other law, that guardian may register and manage an Account on their behalf.

3. How Your Information Appears on the Platform

3.1 What is visible on the Platform. The Platform protects your Personal Data through a two-tier visibility model.

  • 3.1.1 Before a Connection: only non-identifying information is visible to others. For Seekers, this includes general information such as skills, preferences, and an approximate location on the map — generated by randomising the address you provide within a distance range to protect your precise whereabouts. Your name, contact details, and exact location are not visible to anyone before you accept a Connection and consent to share your Personal Data.
  • 3.1.2 After a Connection is accepted: when both you and the other party have actively confirmed a Connection, your name, phone number, and email address are shared with the other party so you can make direct contact. This will not happen without your consent. This applies whether the Connection is between a Seeker and a Provider, or between two Providers.
  • 3.1.3 Aggregators and their authorised coordinators are not visible to Seekers, Providers, or other Aggregators on the Platform — they do not appear in search results or on the discovery map. Their role is to upload or onboard the Personal Data of Seekers or Providers for whom they hold consent. If you are a Seeker or Provider who was onboarded by an Aggregator, only that Aggregator and their authorised coordinators can see the Profile created on your behalf and whether you have activated your Account.

For full details of what information is visible at each stage and how it is handled, see the data tables in Section 4 below.

4. What We Collect and Why

We collect different information depending on how you use the Platform. The tables below set out what we collect and why. Where you register via a QR code, the same information is collected as through the Platform. The QR code directs you to the registration flow — it does not itself collect any data.

1. About This Platform

BLUE DOTS (the "Platform") is operated by JOINT FACILITATION CENTRE, GHAZIABAD (referred to in these Terms as "we", "us", or "our"). The Platform is accessible at:

The Platform connects people who are looking for opportunities, services, or support with individuals and organisations that offer them. It enables users to create profiles, list offerings, discover relevant matches, and make connections. The Platform facilitates discovery and connection only — it does not facilitate financial transactions and is not a marketplace.

The Platform is part of a pilot programme designed to test, learn, and generate knowledge that can be used to deploy these solutions at scale.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Notice. The Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data and forms part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

The following terms have the meanings set out below wherever they appear in these Terms.

TermDefinition
"Account"The relationship between a User and the Platform, created upon successful registration, which enables login, Profile creation, and use of Platform features.

Aggregators act on behalf of the participants they onboard and are responsible for ensuring those participants have given informed consent before their Personal Data is submitted to the Platform.
"Connection"An interaction between a Seeker and a Provider, or between two Providers, initiated by one party and accepted by the other, following which Personal Data is exchanged between them with their consent. A Connection may take different forms — such as applying, enrolling, selecting, shortlisting, offering, or requesting opportunities, services, or support.
"Network Facilitator"JOINT FACILITATION CENTRE, GHAZIABAD, the entity that operates and governs the Platform.
"Organisation"Any entity, whether registered or unregistered, including companies, government bodies, NGOs, partnerships, or trusts, using the Platform through an authorised representative.
"Personal Data"Any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data, as defined under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
"Platform"As defined in Section 1 of these Terms.
"Profile"The information a User creates and maintains on the Platform, which may include Personal Data and non-personal information such as how they describe themselves, their needs, their offerings, or their services.
"Provider"A User who creates an Account on the Platform to list and offer opportunities, services, or support of any kind to Seekers. A Provider may be an individual or an Organisation.
"Seeker"A User who creates an Account on the Platform to discover and connect with opportunities, services, or support. A Seeker may be an individual or an Organisation.
"User"Any individual or Organisation that accesses or uses the Platform, whether or not they have created an Account. Includes Seekers, Providers, and Aggregators.

3. Who Can Use the Platform

3.1 Age. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an Account or Profile. If you are below 18, you may only use the Platform with the active involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must register and manage the Account on your behalf.

3.2 Persons with disability with lawful guardian. Where a person with disability who, despite adequate support, is unable to take legally binding decisions has a lawful guardian under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016 or any other law, that guardian may register and manage an Account on their behalf.

3.3 Organisational Users. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an Organisation, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to act on its behalf and to bind it to these Terms.

3.4 Aggregators. If you are registering as an Aggregator, you represent and warrant that you are acting on behalf of an Organisation with the legal capacity to enter into agreements and onboard participants on their behalf, that you are authorised to do so, and that you will not submit any participant's Personal Data to the Platform without that participant's prior informed consent. Aggregator registrations are subject to approval by the Network Facilitator.

3.4A Aggregator coordinators. An Aggregator may designate individuals within their Organisation or network to act on its behalf on the Platform as coordinators. A coordinator is a person authorised by the Aggregator to log in, upload participant data, and manage participant profiles on the Aggregator's behalf. If you are registering as a coordinator linked to an Aggregator, your registration is subject to approval by the Aggregator you are linked to. By approving your registration, the Aggregator accepts responsibility for all actions you take on the Platform, including any Personal Data you submit on their behalf.

3.5 How to create an Account. You may browse publicly available content on the Platform without creating an Account. To create a Profile, initiate or accept Connections, or use the Aggregator dashboard, you must register. Your Account may be created in the following ways:

  • 3.5.1 Through the app or a QR code: visit the relevant URL or scan a QR code shared by an Aggregator or the Network Facilitator. You will be asked to enter your contact details and year of birth, read and accept these Terms, and consent to the processing of your Personal Data before an OTP is sent to verify your contact details. Your Account will be activated once OTP verification is complete.
  • 3.5.2 Through the AI voice bot: you may initiate a call through numbers shared by us, or be contacted on our behalf. An AI-powered voice assistant will guide you through registration over a phone call. The voice bot will identify itself as an AI-powered voice assistant at the start of the call, explain what Personal Data it will collect and why, tell you how you can delete your Profile, and ask for your verbal confirmation before any data is collected. Your Account will be created in a pending state and activated once you confirm your Profile on the app. Voice bot registration is not available for minors — if you are below 18 or are registering on behalf of a minor, you must use the app.
  • 3.5.3 Through an Aggregator: an Aggregator may create a pending Profile on your behalf using information you have provided to them. You will receive a message inviting you to log in and complete your registration. A pending Profile does not constitute an active Account and you are not bound by these Terms until you activate your Account through the app or a voice call. On activation, you will be asked to review your Profile, read and accept these Terms, and consent to the processing of your Personal Data as described in our Privacy Notice before your Account becomes active.

In all cases, before your Account is activated you will have the opportunity to review and correct any information in your Profile. You can also update your Profile at any time after activation from your Account settings. By confirming your Profile, you represent that the information you have provided is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.

3.6 Your Account. You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials secure and for all activity carried out through your Account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please notify us immediately through the grievance process in Section 11.

4. Connections and Visibility

4.1 How you appear on the Platform. Profiles appear as dots on a discovery map. A dot signals what is being sought or provided — not who is seeking or providing. No Personal Data is visible at the dot level. What others see when they hover over your dot depends on whether you are a Seeker or a Provider and is described in our Privacy Notice.

You can search and filter by type of opportunity or service, by location, and by organisation name. Filters are designed to match what you are looking for with what is available — they do not enable you to search for or exclude other Users based on who they are.

4.2 What others can see.

  • 4.2.1 Seekers: your skills, needs, preferences, and general location are visible to Providers. Your Personal Data is not visible to anyone before you accept a Connection.
  • 4.2.2 Providers: your Organisation name and information about your offerings — such as type of opportunity or service, coverage area, and availability — are visible to Users on the Platform. Your Personal Data is shared only when you accept a Connection request.
  • 4.2.3 Aggregators: Aggregators can see the Profiles of participants they have onboarded. They cannot see Profiles onboarded by other Aggregators and are not visible to Seekers or Providers on the map or in search results.

For full details of what is visible at each stage, see the Privacy Notice.

4.3 How Connections work. A Connection is initiated when one party sends a request to another — a Seeker to a Provider, a Provider to a Seeker, or a Provider to another Provider. Before sending a request you will be shown what Personal Data will be shared if the request is accepted and asked to confirm your consent.

When you receive a Connection request and choose to accept it, you will be asked to confirm that your own Personal Data will be shared with the requesting party before the Connection is completed. A Connection will not be completed without active confirmation from both parties.

Once both parties have confirmed, Personal Data is exchanged so you can make direct contact. This exchange cannot be reversed. You may cancel a request at any time before it is accepted.

4.4 Connections involving minors. If your Account is registered and managed by a parent or legal guardian, a guardian OTP verification step is required when making or accepting a Connection. Your guardian will receive a one-time password to confirm the action on your behalf before any Connection is completed or Personal Data is shared.

4.5 Notifications. When activity occurs on your Account — such as a new Connection request, an accepted request, or a profile update — you will receive a notification by SMS, WhatsApp, or in-app message. Notifications will tell you that something has happened but will not include Personal Data such as the name or contact details of the other party. You will be directed to log in to the Platform to view the full details. If a notification needs to include Personal Data for a specific purpose, your separate consent will be sought before it is sent.

5. Managing Your Profile and Account

You can edit, pause, or delete your Profile, and update or delete your Account at any time. For full details of each option and what it means for your data, see the Profile and Account Management section below.

Personal Data you have already shared through accepted Connections remains with the other party and is not affected by Profile deletion or Account closure.

6. Privacy and Your Personal Data

We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Notice explains what Personal Data we collect, why we collect it, who can see it, how long we keep it, and what your rights are — including how to withdraw your consent. The Privacy Notice forms part of these Terms. Please read it before using the Platform.

By using the Platform and providing your information, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

7. Your Responsibilities

7.1 What applies to all Users. All Users must comply with applicable laws while using the Platform. You agree not to misuse the Platform or access it through any means other than those expressly permitted under these Terms. You are solely responsible for any content you provide and for your interactions with other Users, and you must treat all Users with respect, fairness, and in compliance with applicable law. We reserve the right to remove any inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful content from the Platform without prior notice. By registering on the Platform you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with the prohibited content rules set out in Section 7.2.

7.2 What you must not do. Without limiting the above, you must not:

  • use the Platform for any purpose other than the purposes set out in these Terms;
  • post, upload, or distribute any defamatory, libellous, inaccurate, or misleading content;
  • post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful or that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable, offensive, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, vulgar, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or that promotes or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or violence;
  • post, upload, or distribute any content that infringes upon any third party rights including intellectual property rights, any other legal rights of any individual or organisation, or applicable law;
  • post, upload, or distribute any content that threatens the security, unity, integrity, or sovereignty of India, or that is likely to incite violence or disturb public order;
  • use the Platform in any manner that is harmful to minors, or in any manner that violates these Terms, the Privacy Notice, or any other policies published by the Network Facilitator;
  • impersonate any person or Organisation, falsely claim an affiliation, or access the Accounts of others without permission;
  • misrepresent your qualifications, experience, identity, or eligibility for any opportunity or service on the Platform;
  • make unsolicited offers, advertisements, proposals, or send junk mail or spam to other Users;
  • solicit the login credentials of any other User;
  • defame, harass, abuse, threaten, or defraud Users, or collect or attempt to collect Personal Data about other Users or third parties without their consent;
  • remove, circumvent, disable, damage, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Platform;
  • intentionally interfere with or damage the operation of the Platform or any User's usage of it, including by uploading or disseminating viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code;
  • deploy bots, scrapers, or automated tools (including AI-based tools) to extract, generate, or manipulate content in a misleading, deceptive, or harmful way;
  • submit, upload, or share any synthetically generated information — including deepfakes, AI-generated or AI-altered images, or cloned audio — that misrepresents a real person or event or that could mislead other Users about your identity or qualifications;
  • communicate false or misleading information about the origin of a communication, or impersonate the Platform or any official communication channel.

7.3 Additional responsibilities of Seekers.

  • ensure that all supporting documents you submit are accurate and current;
  • not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, skills, or eligibility for any opportunity or service;
  • share documents or information only as necessary for the purpose of making or accepting a Connection;
  • respond to Connections in good faith — if you are no longer available or interested, update your Profile or delete your Account;
  • not discriminate against any Provider based on caste, religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other status protected under applicable law; and
  • use contact details received through a Connection only for the purpose for which the Connection was made.

When you initiate or accept a Connection, you consent to your name, phone number, and email address being shared with the other party. You acknowledge that such Personal Data will then be handled by that party in accordance with their own privacy practices, and that the Network Facilitator is not responsible for how they use or safeguard your Personal Data once it has been shared.

7.4 Additional responsibilities of Providers. If you are a Provider, you agree to:

  • ensure that all information you submit — including your Organisation details, listings, offerings, and supporting documents — is accurate, up to date, and not misleading. Remove or update any listing that is no longer available, expired, or no longer accurately describes what you offer;
  • ensure that all opportunities, services, and support you list on the Platform are genuine, lawfully offered, and compliant with applicable laws including labour, consumer protection, anti-discrimination, disability, and sector-specific regulations;
  • respond to Connection requests within a reasonable time. If you are unable to accept a request, decline it promptly so the other party can pursue other opportunities;
  • where your offering has eligibility requirements — including age, qualification, location, or document requirements — state these clearly in your listing before a Connection is initiated;
  • refrain from discriminating against any User based on caste, religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other status protected under applicable law, including the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016. Connections must be based on the relevance of your offering to the other party's needs and qualifications — not on personal characteristics;
  • keep all Personal Data received through the Platform — including contact details shared through a Connection — confidential and use it solely for the purpose for which the Connection was made. Do not share it with any third party without the other party's prior consent;
  • refrain from using Personal Data received through the Platform for any purpose beyond the specific Connection — including marketing, profiling, or any automated decision-making — without the other party's explicit consent;
  • take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Personal Data received through the Platform from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse, in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the rules framed thereunder. Where you are an Organisation, this includes having a documented data protection policy; and
  • if you become aware of any misuse of Personal Data received through the Platform or any interaction that may have caused harm to another User, report it through the grievance process in Section 11.

7.5 Additional responsibilities of Aggregators. If you are an Aggregator, you agree to:

  • Obtain consent before upload. Before submitting any participant's Personal Data to the Platform, you must have obtained that participant's informed consent. By submitting Personal Data, you represent and warrant that you hold valid consent from each participant whose data you are uploading, that this consent covers the purposes for which the Platform will use that data, and that you are authorised by the Network Facilitator to onboard participants on this Platform.
  • Maintain consent records. You must maintain records of the consent obtained from each participant and make these available to the Network Facilitator on request. Consent records must be kept for as long as the participant's Profile remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter.
  • Ensure accuracy. You are responsible for the accuracy of all Profiles and Personal Data you submit on behalf of participants. Update Profiles promptly when a participant's circumstances change and remove Profiles that are no longer accurate or relevant.
  • Act within your authority. Only submit Personal Data for participants who have authorised you to act on their behalf. Do not submit data for any person without their knowledge and prior informed consent.
  • Comply with data protection law. You are a data fiduciary in respect of the participants you onboard and are fully responsible for lawful processing, data minimisation, purpose limitation, and timely deletion in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the rules framed thereunder.
  • Act on withdrawals promptly. If a participant withdraws consent or requests deletion, notify the Network Facilitator immediately and take steps to have their Profile deactivated or deleted without delay. Where Personal Data was collected by you solely for the purpose of submitting it to this Platform, you must delete that data from your own systems on withdrawal. Where you hold Personal Data about a participant for other independent purposes under separate consent, your obligations in relation to that data are governed by the terms of that consent and applicable law.
  • Manage exits properly. On ceasing to act as an Aggregator for any participant, notify the Network Facilitator and ensure the participant is informed of any changes to how their Profile will be managed. Do not retain any participant's Personal Data beyond the period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
  • Report misconduct. If you become aware of any misconduct involving a participant you have onboarded, or any misuse of a participant's Personal Data, report it through the grievance process in Section 11 without delay.
  • Coordinator responsibility. If you have approved coordinators to act on your behalf, you remain fully responsible for their compliance with these Terms and for all Personal Data they submit on your behalf. Ensure coordinators are briefed on their data handling obligations before granting them access.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

8.1 Content you submit. You are solely responsible for all content you submit, upload, or share through the Platform. By doing so, you:

  • represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use and share such content; and
  • grant the Network Facilitator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and technically process such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Platform.

We do not claim ownership over your content.

8.2 Content moderation. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any Account at our discretion, particularly if the content is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, harmful, or otherwise in violation of these Terms. If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your rights or violates applicable law, please raise a concern through the grievance process in Section 11, with sufficient details for us to evaluate and address your concern. Where we receive actual knowledge that any content on the Platform is unlawful, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to it.

Content that sexually exploits minors will be removed within 24 hours of coming to our knowledge and reported to the relevant authorities.

8.3 Our intellectual property. All rights in the Platform — including its software, design, features, and branding such as logos, names, and visual elements — are owned by or licensed to the Network Facilitator and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or otherwise use any of our content, branding, or materials without our prior written consent, unless expressly permitted by a licence. You must not use the Network Facilitator's name, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement without our prior written permission. Use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership or licence in our intellectual property, except as expressly set out in these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Platform and all content provided through it are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or its content.

  • We do not monitor, screen, endorse, or validate any content or Personal Data submitted by Users. All such content is the sole responsibility of the User who provides it.
  • We are not a party to any Connection, service engagement, employment relationship, or transaction initiated or completed through the Platform. We have no control over how parties interact once a Connection is made, and we are not responsible for any loss or harm arising from interactions between Users that occur outside the Platform or after Personal Data has been exchanged through a Connection.
  • The Platform may contain links to third party websites. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of content on such sites and accept no liability arising from your access to or use of them.
  • As a User, if you collect, store, transfer, or otherwise process Personal Data of other Users, you are responsible for doing so in compliance with applicable data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the rules framed thereunder.
  • We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data, loss of business, or loss of opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content available through it.
  • We shall not be liable for any disruption, failure, or delay in the operation of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet disruptions, or other force majeure events.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Network Facilitator and its trustees, officers, employees, and agents (collectively the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform in a manner that causes harm to any person or violates applicable law. You agree to cooperate fully with the Indemnified Parties in defending any such claim. This obligation continues after your Account is closed or your use of the Platform ends.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, at our discretion if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, regulation, or governmental request, or while investigating a suspected or alleged violation. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action.

Terms of Use

Version 2 · Effective August 20, 2026

Last updated: 20 August 2026

"Aggregator"An organisation that uses the Aggregator app to onboard, manage, and represent groups of Seekers or Providers on the Platform.

  • use the Platform for any purpose other than the purposes set out in these Terms;
  • post, upload, or distribute any defamatory, libellous, inaccurate, or misleading content;
  • post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful or that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable, offensive, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, vulgar, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or that promotes or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or violence;
  • post, upload, or distribute any content that infringes upon any third party rights including intellectual property rights, any other legal rights of any individual or organisation, or applicable law;
  • post, upload, or distribute any content that threatens the security, unity, integrity, or sovereignty of India, or that is likely to incite violence or disturb public order;
  • use the Platform in any manner that is harmful to minors, or in any manner that violates these Terms, the Privacy Notice, or any other policies published by the Network Facilitator;
  • impersonate any person or Organisation, falsely claim an affiliation, or access the Accounts of others without permission;
  • misrepresent your qualifications, experience, identity, or eligibility for any opportunity or service on the Platform;
  • make unsolicited offers, advertisements, proposals, or send junk mail or spam to other Users;
  • solicit the login credentials of any other User;
  • defame, harass, abuse, threaten, or defraud Users, or collect or attempt to collect Personal Data about other Users or third parties without their consent;
  • remove, circumvent, disable, damage, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Platform;
  • intentionally interfere with or damage the operation of the Platform or any User's usage of it, including by uploading or disseminating viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code;
  • deploy bots, scrapers, or automated tools (including AI-based tools) to extract, generate, or manipulate content in a misleading, deceptive, or harmful way;
  • submit, upload, or share any synthetically generated information — including deepfakes, AI-generated or AI-altered images, or cloned audio — that misrepresents a real person or event or that could mislead other Users about your identity or qualifications;
  • communicate false or misleading information about the origin of a communication, or impersonate the Platform or any official communication channel.

7.3 Additional responsibilities of Seekers.

  • ensure that all supporting documents you submit are accurate and current;
  • not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, skills, or eligibility for any opportunity or service;
  • share documents or information only as necessary for the purpose of making or accepting a Connection;
  • respond to Connections in good faith — if you are no longer available or interested, update your Profile or delete your Account;

  • ensure that all information you submit — including your Organisation details, listings, offerings, and supporting documents — is accurate, up to date, and not misleading. Remove or update any listing that is no longer available, expired, or no longer accurately describes what you offer;
  • ensure that all opportunities, services, and support you list on the Platform are genuine, lawfully offered, and compliant with applicable laws including labour, consumer protection, anti-discrimination, disability, and sector-specific regulations;
  • respond to Connection requests within a reasonable time. If you are unable to accept a request, decline it promptly so the other party can pursue other opportunities;
  • where your offering has eligibility requirements — including age, qualification, location, or document requirements — state these clearly in your listing before a Connection is initiated;
  • refrain from discriminating against any User based on caste, religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other status protected under applicable law, including the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016. Connections must be based on the relevance of your offering to the other party's needs and qualifications — not on personal characteristics;
  • keep all Personal Data received through the Platform — including contact details shared through a Connection — confidential and use it solely for the purpose for which the Connection was made. Do not share it with any third party without the other party's prior consent;
  • refrain from using Personal Data received through the Platform for any purpose beyond the specific Connection — including marketing, profiling, or any automated decision-making — without the other party's explicit consent;
